Breadmaking Courses Spring 2012

There’s been such a huge amount of interest in our breadmaking courses!  We have only 3 places left, all  in  Making Festive Breads,  which is ideally positioned just before Easter.  Incidentally, when we set up new courses later this spring, we will require a nonrefundable deposit to hold a place, and the course must be paid in full a fortnight before it is held.

This is how our current offerings stand (as of Monday 27th February, on from Wednesday 22nd February, updated from  Thursday 9th February, on from Thursday 2nd February, on from Monday 30th January, on from Friday 19th, updated from Monday 15th and Wednesday 11th January)

Tuesday 6th March:  Breadmaking for Beginners (now fully booked)

Tuesday 13th March:  Making Real Bread (now fully booked)

Tuesday 20th March:  Fancy Breads (now fully booked)

Tuesday 27th March:  Sourdough Techniques (now fully booked)

Tuesday 3rd April:  Festive Breads (3 places newly left, again!)

Tuesday 17th April:  Breadmaking for Beginners (now fully booked)

Our courses are a full day (8:30am to 4:00pm) of breadmaking, including morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea.  All equipment is supplied, and you take all the bread you make home with you!   Prices are still only £75 for each course, but if you book more than one, we’ll offer a discount to £60 for each.

Allendale Bakery has helped train dozens and dozens of new bakers, and we’re delighted to be participants in the Real Bread Campaign.

Before you fill out the booking form below, please ontact us directly (01434) 618879 for further information, or email us (info@AllendaleBakery.com), but hurry, because these courses are being booked up faster than we can set them up!
